Bromus carina

We’re very happy to be teaching a course on grasses of the Oakland Hills for East Bay Regional Park District. This course is catered for the professional and amateur who may have limited botanical knowledge allowing the student to then feel like they can competently ID at least a dozen grasses and be tuned into critical diagnostics that are important for the identification of grasses both reproductively and in a vegetative state.

We’ll be teaching grass anatomy, ecology, distribution and visiting many taxa in the field at Redwood Regional Parks Serpentine Prairie. Course is limited to EB Parks employees but we are happy to take our course to a location near you. Limited to 12, 8 hours.
